Executive Chef Jean-Pierre was born and raised in a small town in the Champagne region of France. Growing up his mother and grand-father taught him that meal-time was about more than just the food they created. It was about bringing together family and friends. Chef says that when he prepares food, it brings him back to his childhood and reminds him that meals are more than food.
