Let’s take a break after the busy Thanksgiving weekend and let Chef Jean-Pierre to the cooking for you!! This week’s choices!!

Chicken cordon blue. Chicken breast with smoked ham and Swiss cheese encrusted in Panko. Served with a champagne sauce, potatoes and vegetables  $32 plus tax ($35.00)

Chicken Breast topped with melted French Brie, Sautéed Mushrooms and Sliced Apples. Served with potatoes and vegetables $32 plus tax ($35.00)

Blackened Salmon topped with creamy Dijon sauce  $32 plus tax ($35.00)

Please text your order to area code 360-704-9232. Pick up begins at 4 PM and if you could please have all the orders and no later than 2 PM on Thursday afternoon. When you placed your order, please make sure to let us know your name, pick up time and how you will be paying. As always, our preferred payment will be cash, check or electronic form of payment. If using a debit or credit, we do add a 4% surcharge to cover our cost from the merchant.
